Access the login page
here,
enter your username or email address in the forgot password form. Your login
information will be sent to your email address. If you don't receive this email,
most probably your ISP is blocking our emails. In this case send an email to
with your order number/email address registered with us.
Rule-1: Make sure to use the logout button/link
before leaving the site.
If you forgot to logout, you will get this message while trying
to login again within 10 minutes. If this is the case, simply try again after 10
minutes.
Rule-2: Do not share your account with anyone.
If you are sharing your password with someone, You will not get
in while the other person using your account, is active. Multiple violations of
this rule can even disable your account.
No need to contact the support, in this case, because you know
the remedy.
Your account can be disabled due to two reasons:
1. When the system detects your
account being used from different IP networks increasing a certain threshold
value. This does NOT mean you cannot access your product from different
locations. Yes, you can connect from your office or your home or anywhere else but
the variation in IP addresses is limited to a certain number in 24 hours.
Contact support and explain your situation.
2. We manually review every credit card order within 36 hours of
receiving an order. If we find some risk factors, like access location is
different than billing country, use of proxy server while placing order etc., we
may suspend an account and try to contact the card holder and request additional
documents to prove possession of the card.
This may happen if your username or password contains some
special characters like "/", @, # etc. At the membership information
page click on the Profile button, change your password, so that it contains
alphabet, numeric, underscore, hyphen, *, + only.
All study guides which you can download, are PDF documents,
compressed with WinZip. If it asks for a password, apply the password provided
in the welcome email or given on the downloads page. You will need the WinZip software to decompress them, and
the latest version of Acrobat Reader to open them. WinZip can be downloaded from
www.winzip.com. Acrobat Reader is free and
can be downloaded from
Adobe. If you need more help with opening any of our documents, email us at
.
This error message is displayed when you use an older version of Acrobat Reader
to open a document that has been encoded with a newer version of Adobe
Acrobat. You must download Adobe
Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above to open such documents. You can download a free version
of Adobe
Acrobat Reader 5.x from
Adobe.
