Can someone tell me why "On congested links, all forms of traffic will require some form of QoS." is not a correct option.  I agree with the other 2 answers but feel that a third would be correct as well.

I came across this  as well.  Although "On congested links,..." is a true statement about QoS, I told myself that it is not the best answer.  The question ONT327 asks for a design perspective on QoS.  Where as "On congested links,..." is correct/true statement about QoS but it not from a design perspective.  I hope that makes sense.

As I recall, on Cisco tests,  there may be several answers to a question that are sort of correct, but
only one that is most correct according to Cisco.  Always read the question carefully.

I think its the old thing of QoS is not the answer if bandwidth etc is being totally hammered. Something has to give. QoS can only give priority at the decrement of something else... Something always loses out!
