Hi, I guess the Switch is a Layer 2 switch. In this case, you cannot use IP access list filtering and you have to place it on the G1/0 interface of the router.
PS: There is a typo in the diagram. The router R2 interface shows "Gi1/10" but should be "Gi1/1"
