Please review AR677 as the given correct answer can't be correct because that answer has an incorrect tunnel source in the config. You can't use a tunnel ip as a tunnel source. Please correct.

This issue was brought up in

I also posted a comment on the question too. Its wrong but for this just go with it is what I'd say till its corrected here.
The correct answer should honestly be:
"tunnel source 172.17.0.1"
or
"tunnel fa0/0" <--- i assume its that physical just looking at the others in the diagram.
