Curious about this one. Correct answer shown is.

Router OSPF 1
no passive-interface GigabitEthernet5

The description on Gi 5 shows it's connected to a switch. I know descriptions can be wrong but question states it's connecting routers.

I know it says that no passive interface is unneccessary but wouldn't that fix it and also allow both gi 6 (which in description states it's connected to router) and Gi 5 both start working.

The wording makes it hard but I could see both answers getting the desired results so you are kind of questioning the description of the interface.

Finally passed and man was that a relief.

For anyone who is prepping for the test here are some pointers and mainly for the sims:

The IPs in the sames are NOT the same as here in the example sims (should be obvious but be sure to read).
For example I got the CoPP sim and while this example asked to allow SSH or ICMP across for a subnet my actual sim was a different service all together AND only for a single host.

The port-channel sim here that needs PO11 nuked and rebuilt with all 3 interfaces is slightly different with the one i got. only 2 connections.

I did get the basic tunnel sim but FYI you'll need to assign everything to the proper VRF to get it to work. Thats the tunnel and the interfaces/portchannels and routing otherwise it aint gonna work.

Outside that I had similar to what most everyone said. 95% of the questions were from the 1.1 and some were 1.0. with some variance in the questions. Mainly the IPs and metrics. So know WHY the answer is the right answer and not just rout memorization.

Just passed the Exam Today! There are 6 Sims and 54 questions. One of the Sims asked to create a flow exporter and I failed that one as I got stuck with the syntax and the dash in between words that CLI was not accepting so after spending about 10 mins I decided to skip to next one...I still do not know what the issue was after getting home and searching.... I also got stuck on a VRF Sim that for some reason I could not ping from one router to the other using the tunnel...I was able to ping from one PC though.... Pretty much the others are very similar to the ones on how2. The questions I got around 70 percent similar to the ones here. Overall. it is quiet intense and covers lots of topics. I wanted to say Thank you to How2 for helping to prepare for it. I think this will be my last time I try re-certify with Cisco as It is becoming more complex and irrelevant to what actually a Network Eng. daily work is...... Thanks for everything and good luck to the others!

Thanks to how2pass for the study material. I received a Pass today on the exam. For those interested - you start off with 6 labs. All of the labs on this site are spot on. Be extremely careful with what devices you are configuring. I actually configured the wrong CoPP Router today. By the time I realized it, it was too late. It appears after a certain amount of time the system locks the devices down.

Then onto 60 questions with drag and drop and multiple choice. Gonna say 95% was from 1.1 and the rest from 1.0. I didn't do as well as I would of liked too, but still received the Pass.
Good luck to all.
