Hi admin,

I renewed our current subscription for CCNA 640-802 yesterday morning. 12 hours later, it still says you have 0 days remaining, even though we already got the receipt from how2pass and plimus. I logged on again earlier today but the account was already purged from your database. I sent two emails to your support team but none responded. 4 hours later, I was able to login using our existing account only to find out that the subscription status shows up as free, and the email was registered to my associate and not to me. How will this affect our renewal? Please assist me asap.

The product was renewed from another account, and you were looking in your free account.

We have replied to your gmail as well as company email address. Please login to your existing account which you/your associate actually used to renew your product.

nope, still doesn't work. When i try to login it says username/password doesn't work. When I request for password recovery using the username or email it says both don't exist in the database. And I did not receive any notification from your support in my gmail and company email.

I still have not receive any email from you guys in both my Gmail and company email. Also, I still can't login to the how2pass site using the existing account username / password. Please help guys!

The product was renewed from another account, and you were looking in your free account.
