RTE956 appears incorrect. You advise that variance is adds a route if a route is less than metric X variance
But cisco advise that is is less than / equal too. Therefore a best path of 10, with a variance of 2 would enable routes with a metric of 20 to be included.

This configuration increases the minimum metric to 40 (2 * 20 = 40). EIGRP includes all routes that have a metric of less than or equal to 40 and satisfy the feasibility condition.

rule is "A feasible successor is a path whose reported distance is less than the feasible distance" (not equil to this is incorrect)
so the answer "if there are 2 paths with 10 (which is less than 20) and 2 paths with 20 wif is equil to (not allowed there would be 2 total paths used this is correct
