Please check the answers:
-R1 has destination 10.60.66.66 instead of 10.66.66.66
-Primary path is thought R4, however the access list should be modify on R4

QID:AR457 states the following: Refer to the exhibit. An engineer configured Netflow, but cannot receive the flows from R1. Which two configurations resolve the issue?

First the question is a (choose  two) type of question. However, it does not state that in question

Second there is multiple issues here. 

Per the diagram on the left it shows configs for R3 & R4. In the center it shows configs for R1. In the R1 configs as serbancalin states R1 flow exporter has a destination of 10.60.66.66. 

and base on R3 and R4 access-list it's not permitting the udp host 10.66.66.66.

Recommendation on how to fix:

1. convert the question into "choose all that apply" vs "choose two answer"
   
2. Make it a single multiple choice answer question, which is related to the question, which is R1
   
3. Correct the diagram with R1 have the appropriate destination 10.66.66.66 and allow the focus on finding out what is blocking R1, which we all know the answer at this point would be R3 and R4 access-list
