It says "all feasible protocols", not "all protocols".
Secondly, you are missing another requirement:
"all idle sessions must be terminated in 30 minutes"
Your suggested answer has the "exec-timeout 0 30" command, that will cause the session to timeout in 30 seconds, instead of 30 minutes.
