QID: AN129 IP ROUTING
#1
192.168.12.16 is a sub-network address for 192.168.12.0/28 but it has been considered as a valid route, does anyone know how thats possible? unless i dont understand the question  Huh  Valid answer should be 192.168.12.0/27, in that range .16 is a valid host address. 28 is the highest prefix but it is wrong for this ip address

I believe you are correct, as 192.168.12.0/28 would have a range of IPs between 192.168.12.0 (network address) to 192.168.12.15 (broadcast address).  Could H2P explain why they chose OSPF as the correct answer, or provide a bug fix?
