Answer is snmp ifindex persist command GLOBALLY.
Isn't snmp-server ifindex persist command used for global and snmp ifindex persist used for phyical interfaces?

I don't believe process 10 is in the global configuration.
Not sure if the answer should be "remove process 1" or the "router ospfv3 1" should be 10.

Isn't an unknown source a Prefix Guard or Source Guard type of situation? Not destination guard?
