Login successful but unable to purchase ENARSI 59$

Hi folks, first of all sorry for my broke english.

Here's the thing. I would like to pass my ENARSI. And I want to purchase the product ENARSI on How2pass.
I can login into this great forum BUT I just dont understand why I cannot login in order to purchase the product.
It says that my login/password are incorrect but right now i'm login and i'm writting to you !

Maybe something went wrong I don't know.

Actually, the forum account does not create your account in our website's product management system. However, the reverse is true. So you need to start from our singup/purchase page.

1. Please access our singup/purchase page:
https://www.how2pass.com/em/signup

2. Select desired product.
3. Enter desired new username and password (you can enter the same existing username and password you created for the forum, if desired).
4. Select desired payment system and complete the payment.
4. You will be able to log in to your product member area using the URL:
https://www.how2pass.com/em/login

Hi folks, It seems my payment did not passed, BUT, the virement was already done to my bank acount, please could you help me.

I just go an Email, It says My location and name does not match, but I put the right information. I just don't get it why the payment was done to my bank account, - 70,80$
