Hey I just took a class for the Cisco exams through New Horizons... I let them know about your practice site and how much it helped on top of the classes so they are going to recommend your site as class material to all of their students. Just wanted to let you guys know how much this site helps and I passed on the word about how much the $30 is well worth it! thanks guys.

Thanks H2P... I must have had one of the easiest tests... I had no set up sims and 3 questions that required me to use show commands... This study software got me used to the format of the test as it was almost identical. On to ICND2!!!

One of the things which annoys me is the lack of a 'pause' button.
It would be an invaluable addition on the SECTION TESTS as your really just in study mode.
But not the random tests as you can't have a toilet break during the real exam !

Passed the 802 cert yesterday with 910/1000. This site really helped. All three sims were from here. I can't say if I remember any of the question, but a couple, but I was so nervous, that I really don't remember allot. This site really did prepare me for the test. I have little over 2 years experience in the field and been studying for about 3 years, so it pays to have a good foundation in routers and switches before taking the test. Any way this site was a great help and I will use it for my ccnp next.

Thank you H2P! I got the OSPF configure and NAT Simulations. I thought I would get the EIGRP and ACL one like everyone else. I froze for a bit but took my time and worked my way through it. My simlet was the VTP/VLAN.
How are the SIMS determined..are they purely random from a pool? It seems like I was the only one to get those 2 from the posts I have read.
Bottom line, H2P, thorough studies using Wendell Odom's newest books, and packet tracer labs will prepare you well.
Good luck to ALL who take this test...If you over prepare it will be underwhelming.

Hello everyone,
i am having a problem understanding one of the answers in QID:NA292. I don?t understand why Port FA0/2 on switch A is Designated and port Gi0/2 on switch B is Alternate. I feel it should be exactly the opposite due to the port cost.
I would appreciate any explanation anyone could offer
thanks
Keebler

I'm now officially CCNA certified thanks to the help of How2pass, and two years of studying off and on. I passed with the skin of my teeth!! Saw about 1/3 of the questions from how2pass on the exam.. It was pretty tough. None of the sims were familiar either. But still studying the key concepts helped on here. Thanks!
